These Terms and Conditions of Use (‘Terms and Conditions’) apply to all Members and users of www.gemmapeanut.com. I may modify and update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without notice. You need to ensure you review the Terms and Conditions from time to time. In signing up for the course, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions as well as any and all general Terms and Conditions posted on my website from time to time.



When you join any courses on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • You will not forward your emails, videos or links details to any other person.
  • You, at all times, abide by the Australian Privacy legislation.
  • You will not transfer, sublicense or grant access to any of our products or services to any other person, business or other third party except as agreed in these Terms and Conditions.



“Member” means a member to the course and Facebook community.

“Content” means any and all material, videos, links, words, images including but not limited to any goods and services on the website.

“Services” means access to this online courses on photography, social media and other information delivered via our website or emails.

“The course or courses” means any courses on www.gemmapeanut.com.

“I”, “my” and “me” means Gemma Pranita (aka Gemma Peanut), and any courses purchased on www.gemmapeanut.com and includes all employees, contractors and affiliates.

“You” means a Member or any user of our Services and by doing so, agree to these Terms and Conditions.



In providing our Services and this course, I am providing you with facts, information, insights and ideas only, in order to assist you on your photography journey.

I would like to emphasise that these are my personal views and teaching methods based on my experience. You need to decide what may work best for you personally based on your needs (whether business or personal) and should make your own assessment after careful consideration of the course on how you proceed and what methods you adopt.

I do not have your personal information, finances, your individual facts or situation in mind when I provide my Services. My Services are not intended as, nor should they be construed as advice and I recommend that you contact a professional advisor if you would like information or advice that takes into account your personal and particular goals and financial situation and photography goals.

I also do not guarantee that any information in my online courses and Services will increase revenue, profits, customer base, online presence or rankings, improve or make any guarantee about your business or personal situation.

I do, however, provide my experience, insights, perspectives and recommendations in order to assist you to consider options for you business and personal photography journey which may have an overall positive impact and help you with your business and personal photography goals.

This limitation of liability clause includes any reliance by you on the information on the website and course, access to or inability to use the course. You assume all risk in using the Services and course and I cannot be liable for your use of or reliance on this Service or course.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any trademark, service mark, logo, and/or my name or any thing you access through our Services.

You agree and acknowledge that I retain all right, title and interest in the Services, including but not limited to the inventions and intellectual property rights contained or embodied within the Services.

You have been provided with a license to use the information and Services only for the purposes notified to you and included in these Terms. Any unauthorised use of the materials appearing on this website and course may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties.

Gemma Peanut Facebook Shutterbug Club 

By posting your own photos in the Gemma Peanut Facebook Shutterbug Club (if this applies to your course), you agree to give me permission to re-use these for promotional purposes indefinitely. I will never claim these images as my own work when I do reuse them in the future.

Please note: Facebook feedback will be given during the set course period only (if this applies to your course).



These Terms and Conditions of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales and both you and I agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales for determining any dispute concerning these Terms and Conditions.



No refunds will be issued.
